Position Title : Property Manager
Reports to : PMS Director & SVP - Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Property Operations & Service Excellence
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential property, ensuring all departments (Front Office, Leasing/Sales, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security) operate efficiently and in alignment with company standards. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services, smooth interdepartmental coordination, and prompt resolution of operational issues.
- Resident Experience & Community Management
Drive a positive resident experience by addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Foster a safe, welcoming, and community-oriented environment while ensuring consistent enforcement of house rules, policies, and building guidelines to maintain order and harmony within the property.
