Property Manager

Purpose of the position:

Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of residential/commercial rental properties. This role is primarily responsible for collecting rent, advertising vacancies, screening and placing tenants, and coordinating major repairs to ensure properties remain in excellent condition and generate consistent rental income.

Key responsibilities:

• Collect monthly rent payments and issue receipts
• Enforce lease terms and handle late payments or delinquencies
• Maintain accurate rent collection records and deposit schedules
• List available properties on online platforms, social media, and local publications
• Conduct property showings and open houses
• Screen prospective tenants, including background and credit checks
• Prepare and execute lease agreements in accordance with landlord-tenant laws
• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
