Property Manager

We are looking for ahands-on School Property Manager who takes ownership of the campus environment and ensures that facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role is ideal for a proactive, action-oriented professional who enjoys being on the ground, engaging with stakeholders, and driving issues through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conductdaily campus rounds to monitor the condition of school facilities, equipment, and common areas.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact forstudents, faculty, staff, contractors, and administrators regarding property and facilities concerns.
• Proactively identify maintenance, safety, and operational issues anddrive corrective actions through to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise repairs, maintenance works, and minor improvement projects.
