Property Manager

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise building maintenance and oversee daily building operations.
• Manage tenant relations, lease administration, and tenant concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, laws, and regulations.
• Manage the operating budget, monitor expenses, and control costs.
• Handle emergencies and prepare incident reports to ensure tenant safety and business continuity.
• Implement initiatives to improve tenant satisfaction and building efficiency.

Job Qualifications:
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer or a professional in another engineering discipline; a degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in high-rise commercial buildings.
• Experience in tenant management and lease administration.
