Property Manager

Our client is seeking a Multifamily Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a single residential community, which may include multiple buildings. This role has full onsite responsibility for financial performance, leasing activity, maintenance operations, administrative oversight, and resident experience. The Property Manager will lead onsite staff, coordinate vendors, and partner closely with regional leadership to ensure the community operates efficiently, remains well maintained, and meets occupancy and financial goals. This role offers a base salary with bonus eligibility, aligned to community performance and operational results.
