Job Description

Larlyn’s greatest strength has always been its people — it’s what makes us us. Due to continued growth in the GTA region (Etobicoke), we are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Property Manager – Limited Licence (LL). 


The Property Manager – Limited License will report on-site, five () days per week. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations of the condominium, supporting the Board and residents . The role will work closely with the Operations and Administration Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day on-site property management

  • Daily building checks: resolving minor issues, but reporting anything to the property manager that needs direction

  • Supporting lease-up and operations upon occupancy

  • Acting as a first point of contact for residents, contractors, and stakeholders

  • Creating purchase orders in system

  • Coordinating contractors and service providers
