We are seeking a Property Manager – Operations | Kaitātai to oversee our University Hall within the University of Canterbury, operated by UniLodge. This role will oversee the running of one of our largest catered first year student halls of residence. If you have previous operational management experience working within complex environments, business development and delivering accommodation with additional experience or interest in working with students, then this is the role for you!

ABOUT THE ROLE  

• Full Time position - 40hrs per week (with some after hours and weekend work required at times)
