Job Description

Building Manager
Reports to: Head of Property Management
Location : Paris or in the first ring of Paris (Hauts-Seine).
Incumbent will take over the general management of a 30,000 sqm office building occupied by a large tenants. Building recently renovated in 2025 or building under restructuring to be delivered in a few months.
Responsibilities
Key missions in the short term :
Contribute to the technical commissioning after works completion, to make sure the building is functional for new tenants;
Inform all concerned parties on building defects and damages and take proactive steps to address those issues;
Accompany and assist new tenants for fit-out works and more generally their good integration in the building;
Contribute to the set-up and supervision of services in the building common areas : multi-technical maintenance, safety & security, reception & hospitality, cleaning, waste management, green ...
