City Relay is a property management and hospitality company managing residential buildings across London. We currently manage approximately 20 residential blocks and focus on maintaining high standards of building condition, compliance, and tenant satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Block Manager to join our team.
The Role
We are seeking a experienced, proactive and highly organised Property Manager to join our remote support team to take full responsibility for a portfolio of residential properties. This role requires strong communication, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage tenants, landlords, maintenance, and compliance with professionalism and efficiency. You will be the primary point of contact for all stakeholders and ensure that properties are managed to the highest standard, delivering an exceptional service experience at every stage of the tenancy.
