Property Manager

This role isresponsible for overseeing the daily technical, maintenance, and supportoperations of a commercial or mixed-use facility, ensuring that allinfrastructure and service standards are efficiently met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operationsrelated to engineering, facilities upkeep, housekeeping, and security toensure the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of all building occupants.
• Conduct periodic audits ofinfrastructure and recommend upgrades to comply with relevant codes andimprove operational efficiency.
• Manage and evaluate theperformance of outsourced service providers such as janitorial, security,pest control, fuel and waste services, and utility maintenancecontractors.
• Oversee the preparation andapproval process of the annual operational budget for the facility.
