Property Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Property Manager
with hands-on experience using
Rent Manager
software. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, effective rent collection, proper maintenance coordination, and accurate financial reporting. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with strong property management and bookkeeping knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
• Oversee rent collection, enforce lease terms, and follow up with tenants on late or missed payments using Rent Manager.
• Process accounts payable/receivable and generate financial reports through Rent Manager.
