Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
● Portfolio Management - Oversee multiple properties simultaneously, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and compliance with regulations. The property portfolio is managing up to 500 units across 25 buildings at this stage, and the goal is to manage 50 buildings up to 1000 units as the business grows.
● Contractor & Vendor Coordination – Liaise with service providers for maintenance, fire protection, landscaping, and other essential services; oversee work orders from initiation to completion.
● Meeting & Documentation Management – Prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage follow-ups for owners corporation meetings using AI tools to streamline tasks.
● Client & Stakeholder Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, tenants, committee members, and contractors through calls and professional email correspondence.
