Property Manager - Real Estate

Apt Resources is seeking a Property Manager for our client in the real estate and property management sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will drive portfolio growth while ensuring smooth day to day management of residential and mixed use properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development and Client Acquisition: Proactively source and secure new property management agreements from landlords and investors. Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and market outreach. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service pitches. Develop relationships with developers, brokers, and referral partners. Support revenue growth and portfolio expansion initiatives. Contribute to marketing initiatives and brand positioning.
