Property Manager - reporting to CEO - Woodstock Cape Town

Job Context: The successful candidate would have an opportunity to work in a small team of wonderful people, free of bureaucracy, politics and paper shuffling. They will play a key role in day-to-day property management.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. An ideal candidate would be energetic, smart, tech savvy, with a great brain who knows how to 'find the answers and get a job done’.

Job Purpose: Run a portfolio of separately tenanted sectional commercial properties and residential property (on Airbnb)

Primary skills: Great with property and skillfully at getting valuable commercial things done
