Responsibilities

• Organize and attend board and annual homeowner meetings, prepare agendas, distribute materials, and accurately record and share meeting minutes.
• Maintain and interpret governing documents (CC&Rs, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation) to ensure compliance.
