Based in the Northern Suburbs this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career from Assistant to Property Manager!


We are seeking a fun-loving and reliable Property Manager who can work in a team environment and also independently.


The Position:

  • Within this role, you will manage your own portfolio of approximately 180 properties, including assistance from the Administration team.

  • General maintenance, arrears, routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections.

  • Compliance and legal adherence: Promote industry regulations, legal requirements, and best practices, ensuring full compliance in all property management and leasing activities.

  • Working a 5 day week and 1 in 3 Saturdays

    • The Ideal Candidate:


    A current Victorian Agents Representative

  • Experience in Property Management

  • Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
