JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any relevant degree
• Must have experience in managing Residential Condominiums with Condominium Corp./Association Organization set up.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good management skills and keen to details
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Willing to work in San Juan Area

General Responsibilities

§ Responsible for the timely collection of all dues and assessments; the over-all upkeep and maintenance of the property or project; and the security, safety and well-being of the occupants of the property.
