Position Summary

The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the leasing, operations, tenant relations, and administrative functions of commercial spaces and serviced apartments of The Aurora Pavilion. The role ensures high occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with lease terms while coordinating closely with internal teams, owners, and third‑party service providers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leasing and Marketing

• Prepare marketing and advertising materials for available commercial spaces and serviced apartments for long‑term lease.
• Source and qualify prospective tenants for commercial and serviced apartment units.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential tenants.
• Prepare and send leasing proposals to prospective tenants.
• Negotiate terms, handle inquiries (phone, messages, email), and close lease deals.
