Our client is looking for a customer-driven Condominium Property Manager to join their team managing a portfolio of properties in North York! Our client provides condominium property management and consulting services, with an intense focus on organizational efficiency, proactive customer service and concierge-level services.

$60,000 - $70,000 per year

Hours of Work:

9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)

Evenings and weekends on occasion will be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a good working relationship through regular and proactive communication with owners and trades.
  
• Direct and supervise superintendents, cleaners, security officers and other onsite personnel.
  
• Create, present and manage the budget for the Condominium Corporation, including Capital Expenditures, with P&L responsibility.
