Your new employer is a privately held real estate development and construction company based in Surrey, with a growing income-producing property portfolio. Historically operating as a merchant developer, the company is now focused on building out its long-term rental and commercial holdings and is looking to formalize and grow its property management function.
The current portfolio includes a newly completed purpose-built rental building, commercial units, and several residential rental properties. The company has a close-knit, entrepreneurial culture where people take ownership of their core role while also supporting the broader team when needed.
