Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants daily
  • Supporting leasing, ingoings, routines, and condition reports
  • Arrears management and rental reviews
  • Maintenance and repair coordination
  • Assisting with accounts processes
  • Supporting NCAT matters when required
    • ABOUT YOU
  • Experience in Property Management, Leasing, or BDM essential
  • Holds COR or Class 2 licence
  • Strong communicator with excellent time management
  • Confident managing a busy, high-volume portfolio
  • Problem solver who stays calm under pressure
  • Team-focused but capable of working autonomously
