• Assist the property manager in managing mall, commercial buildings, and carpark
• Make sure building facilities and equipment are in good conditions daily
• Handle enquiries and complaints from tenants and customers in a professional manner
• Monitor work quality and performance of all service contractors including cleaning, security, repair & maintenance
• Prepare letter, memo and monthly reports
• Coordinate with internal and external parties as well as government departments
