Property Officer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Land & Property Officer to join a dynamic and growing local government organisation.

This role is responsible for coordinating and administering land authorisations, transactions and property-related activities to ensure compliant and effective use of community assets.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a broad range of land and property matters, including:

• Easements, encroachments, permits, licences and leases

• Road openings and closures

• Land revocations, acquisitions and disposals

• Asset and place naming processes

• Public consultation and stakeholder engagement

• Preparation of reports and correspondence

• Liaison and negotiation with landowners, consultants and internal teams

• Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and record-keeping requirements
