Property Officer

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, custodial, or administrative support roles
• Strong willingness to learn property accountability procedures
• Basic record keeping and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Physical ability to lift, move, and transport equipment as required
• Ability to conduct regular physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies
• Familiarity with property management or inventory systems (manual and/or computerized)
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
