Event Crowd Safety & Security
 Plan, oversee and execute event security and deployment plans and crowd safety management plans for all events and venues in Singapore Sports Hubs, Kallang Tennis Hub and Kallang Football Hub. 
 Coordinate and plan incident and emergency response plans with the venue operations teams and venue hirers on local and international events. 
 Provide guidance and decision-making during events on security and crowd safety related matters, inclusive of VIP/VVIP management. 
 Escalate any operational issues/incidents from the venues that require an integrated response and/or have an impact on Sports Hub-wide policies. 
 Rostered duty as Crowd Safety Manager for events in the Singapore Sports Hub, Kallang Tennis Hub and Kallang Football Hub.
