Property Officer

The Property Officer supports the Building Manager in operational management of delivering Integrated Facilities Management services for HDB Commercial Properties. This role involves day‑to‑day maintenance coordination, vendor management, tenant relations, and ensuring service standards across multiple sites.

• Operational Support
  • Assist all sites in day‑to‑day maintenance and functional operations of the properties.
  • Conduct building and equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide mobile standby to deliver emergency response and support sites in event of critical or urgent breakdown.
  • Supervise major repair and addition & alteration works.
• Maintenance Management
  • Ensure preventive maintenance works are scheduled and carried out.
