Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Property Operations Coordinator. You will be the key operator of our AI-powered guest communication system while managing the day-to-day operations that keep our properties running smoothly.

• Monitor and manage our AI support app to ensure timely, accurate responses to Airbnb guest queries
• Oversee and optimize AI-generated responses, intervening when necessary for complex situations
• Schedule and coordinate cleaning services across multiple properties
