We are looking for a hands-on Property Operations Executive  to manage the day-to-day operations of our luxury villas.

This is an on-ground role ideal for someone operationally strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both guests and property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
• Oversee housekeeping coordination and quality checks
• Monitor routine maintenance and report issues promptly
• Ensure villas are fully operational and guest-ready at all times
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations
• Maintain basic documentation and operational reports
