Hiring: Property Operations Executive
Location: North Goa
We are looking for a hands-on  Property Operations Executive  to manage the day-to-day operations of our luxury villas.
This is an on-ground role ideal for someone operationally strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both guests and property upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
Oversee housekeeping coordination and quality checks
Monitor routine maintenance and report issues promptly
Ensure villas are fully operational and guest-ready at all times
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations
Maintain basic documentation and operational reports
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in hospitality, villa management, or property operations
Strong communication and coordination skills
Practical problem-solving approach
Willingness to be on-site and handle operational challenges
Two-wheeler preferred
