Property Operations Manager

JOB SUMMARY

He/She is responsible for overseeing the financial management, administrative control and physical asset preservation of the Bank's acquired assets (ROPA), capital assets, including those in subsidiaries and affiliates resulting to maximum revenue opportunities for the Bank. He/She will develop and maintain extensive contacts with internal and external customers and counter parties.  He/She is also responsible in ensuring the sustainability, profitability and security of the bank acquired assets and capital assets while these are under bank's custody until its eventual disposition.

Financial Management and Property Profitability

1. Develop and maintain property-specific financial models and forecasts including cash flows, ROI and cost recovery targets
2. Monitor and analyze operating costs, repairs and maintenance expenses, real property taxes, and other carrying costs to ensure efficient use of resources
