Property Portfolio Manager

Our Client is recruiting for a Portfolio Manager - The Portfolio Manager will responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of residential sectional title schemes and body corporates. This role acts as the primary point of contact between trustees, owners, service providers, and the property management company, ensuring legislative compliance, financial control, and high service delivery standards across the portfolio.
