Role Overview
The Property Acquisition Officer will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and onboarding properties for management, sale, or leasing. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source potential residential and commercial properties for management or sale
Engage landlords and property owners, present Springboard services, and onboard new properties
Conduct property inspections and basic assessments
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and local networks
