Property Sales Consultant

• Familiarize with the products in respective regions and basic product knowledge of other regions in order to provide prospects with accurate information.
• Constantly updated on competitor product in the market and build network with personnel across the same industry to gain first hand industry information.
• Maintain and accumulate a database of prospects in order to create consistent pipeline of potential customers in the future.
• Coordinate closely with project team to ensure completed unsold units are in good condition.
• Carry out market survey, compile and analyze data to assist management in determining market trends and customer needs.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in property sales role.
• Basic knowledge in building/ property specifications, background in Loans/Mortgages are welcome to apply.
