Managers Responsibilities

• Maintains property rentals by filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, collecting security deposits and maintaining and securing premises.
• Establishes rental rates by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining the advantages of location and services, and showing units.
• Check-in with property guests to assure positive guest relations
• Immediately attend to tenant questions and concerns.
• Deal with complaints in a calm and professional manner
• Create strategic business plans for the property, ensuring adherence to budget
