You’re not cold calling strangers.
You’re not door knocking.
You’re not “pushing property”.

You’re working with warm marketing leads and SDR-booked appointments, running deep discovery with everyday Australians who want to invest in property but don’t know where to start, or are stuck after getting burned, overwhelmed, or paralysed by choice.

Your job is to understand them properly, then guide them forward.
