Property Specialist

Job Description

• Achieve monthly sales targets by selling properties through various selling channels
• Source possible clients and maintain a good relationship with them to produce required sales for the company
• Determine clients needs & financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Provide clients with information on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements and others
• Willing to travel to their assigned focus project in Tagaytay/Laguna

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or must have attended 2 years of College with at least 72 units
• Computer literate, active on social media
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Preferably with 1-4 years of experience in Property/Real Estate sales or equivalent but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
