Property Tax Manager

Overview


We are seeking an experienced and strategicAccounting Manager with a property tax focusto lead real and personal property tax compliance and accounting across a large, multi-state portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing filings, payments, assessments, audits, accruals, and related reporting, while partnering closely with Accounting, Real Estate, Construction, and Operations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting and property tax expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, multi-location environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is motivated to strengthen processes, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement across a critical tax function.
Salary range:$78k–$103k based on experience
