Job Description

Support the Senior Manager, DCI in driving new business growth and renewal retention, maintaining strong relationships with both external (brokers, agents) and internal stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality underwriting across multi-product lines within the Digital Commercial Insurance (DCI) portfolio. The focus is on broking and agency business, digital transaction proficiency, analytical excellence, and supporting team development.
Underwriting of Risks 
Underwrite and make decisions for daily referrals submitted by intermediaries and distribution channels within authorized limits.
Underwrite multi-product lines within the DCI portfolio.
Prepare quotations for marketers and respond to all calls/enquiries within agreed turnaround times.
Provide underwriting and technical support to agents/distribution channels.
Prepare referrals for higher authority approval for risks exceeding authorized limits.
