Property/Project Engineer

Responsibilities

- Review and supervise daily task operation of constructions, renovations and or maintenance activity from in-house to 3rd party contractors

- Construction Oversight & Coordination

- Provide technical overview of the projects to the management

- Supervise and implement SOP

- Stakeholder Management & Reporting

- Risk Management & Quality Control

- Operational Integration and Management



Qualifications

- Graduate of any Enginneering, Architecture, or any related courses

- 5-10 years of experience in Condominium constructions as Engineer lead

- Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of projects, including design, construction, and operational integration.

- Strong track record in cost control, budget management, and construction oversight
