COREAQUA is seeking a full-time Compliance and Proposal Coordinator to assist the Director of Contract Compliance. This role is essential for managing contract lifecycles from bidding through execution, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Candidates should possess strong organizational and technical writing skills to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track proposal deadlines and submission requirements
• Analyze compliance needs of prospective clients
• Participate in bid strategy and proposal planning
• Develop aligned proposal content per RFP/RFI
• Maintain organized records of bids and license applications
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in proposal preparation, preferably in construction
• Strong technical writing and Microsoft Office skills
