FLS is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to work on our Order Execution team based in Monterrey.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle daily operational relations and interface with customers and warehouses in order to check availability of products that are needed to satisfy customer demands.
- Escalate complicated issues to senior levels.
- Prioritize, maintain, and place Sales Orders from received PO from our customers, also push requisitions to buyers, as well access to several portals and revise inventory levels.
- Perform daily calls based on specifications and according to predefined procedures and processes to ensure delivery on time.
