Proposal Developer I

**Job Overview**

Under general supervision, the Proposal Developer 1 is responsible for developing and preparing high‑quality budgets and proposals for assigned customers in support of the global sales organization. The role focuses on reviewing Requests for Proposal (RFPs), coordinating inputs from internal stakeholders, and ensuring that proposals and related documentation are accurate, compliant, and aligned with customer requirements and internal policies.

**Essential Functions**

+ Review **Requests for Proposal (RFPs)** to identify required information for proposal text and budget development; collaborate closely with the business development team to prepare and finalize submissions
+ Develop proposal narratives and cost budgets for **new proposals, re‑bids, change orders, and related documents** in alignment with defined scope of work
