Proposal Development Analyst

Role:

The Proposal Development Analyst is responsible for project management and completion of all proposal and proposal related documents, i.e., planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordinating all elements of client proposal support activity.

• Responsible for completing assigned Client Support RFPs in accordance with the deadline.
• Creating internal timelines to ensure all quality checks and processes are complete.
• Ensures competitive strategies are incorporated into persuasive, compelling, and client-focused responses.
• Accountable for effective communication and coordination with such staff as account management, finance, legal, and subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Manage multiple projects under dictated timelines.
• Manages RFP content specific to the clients; supported as defined by the needs of the client.
