About the client
Our client is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in Kuwait, specializing in architecture, engineering, and urban planning. The firm has been involved in numerous prestigious projects, including infrastructure, high-rise buildings, healthcare, and educational institutions.
Responsibilities
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for infrastructure and high-rise developments. 
Analyze tender documents and coordinate with design, estimation, and planning teams. 
Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing and technical inputs. 
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant bid submissions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 
5-8 years of experience in proposal/tendering roles within engineering or construction. 
Experienced in infrastructure and high-rise project requirements.
