Proposal Engineer cum Procurement
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposals, including costing and pricing.
- Review tender documents, scope of work and specifications.
- Source suppliers, issue RFQs, and evaluate quotations.
- Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO).
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for proposal and procurement matters.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures and deadlines.
