Responsibilities

• Lead the technical and commercial development of proposals for engineering projects, with a strong focus on EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) contracts.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, planning, cost, and commercial teams to deliver competitive, technically sound, and financially robust proposals aligned with company strategy and client requirements.
