PROPOSAL ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Tenders, preparing detailed cost estimates and Bills of Material for LVSB, MCC, DB and electrical products.
• Facilitate pricing and prepare tender packages within schedules and monitor tender submission deadline and result.
• Liaise with internal and external customers for tender document clarifications.
• Attending technical meeting, project handling over meeting and customer kick-off meeting.
• Review tender specifications and coordinate with relevant functions to gather all information required for tender submission.
• To participate in proposals strategy discussions, coordinate with operational and supporting groups that provide data for proposals preparation for submission.
• To review the data provided, ensure consistency and compatibility of all parts of proposals compile and assume responsibility for completed proposals.
