Proposal Engineer cum Procurement (Damar Energy Borneo Sdn Bhd)

Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposals, including costing and pricing.

Review tender documents, scope of work and specifications.

Source suppliers, issue RFQs, and evaluate quotations.

Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO).

Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for proposal and procurement matters.

Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures and deadlines.
