PROPOSAL MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

• Write and manage RFQs, RFPs, and proposals according to business standard
• Review and fully understand requirements and instructions
• Organize proposal documents and supporting files
• Ensure compliance with submission guidelines
• Use AI platforms to assist with drafting and research
• Manage CRM platforms such as HireGov and FedBidSpeed
• Conduct vendor and supplier research
• Coordinate internally using for updates and clarifications
• Track proposal progress and ensure on-time submission
• Handle the entire proposal lifecycle — from intake to award

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in proposal writing or management
• Strong writing and editing skills (sales or government writing preferred)
• Background in sales, research, or bid management is an advantage
