                    Job Description & Requirements
To lead and manage tender team for all tender and related activities (including turnkey EPC tenders with Civil, Mech, E&I scopes) allocating tasks and follow up to ensure tender is submitted in proper order. 
To review tender documents and other related documents and find out relevant information necessary for tender, and ensure all tender submission document are in order and submitted as requirement. 
Material Take-off, and estimate for costing for tender for Mechanical work scope (Piping, tank, equipment, firefighting etc) and other related, including finding out cost and sourcing for supplier/ subcontractor. 
Work with other department including BD, engineering, procurement, project, etc on tender estimation and submission, or other necessary works. 
To report to or work with Senior Technical Manager and /or BD Manager, and carry out any other works when required
